Bronze, Silver and Gold Service

Below are the list of services that we offer. They are designed for ease and for you to choose the level of service that you or your company would desire and expect.

So that there is a minimum standard, the Bronze service is automatically given and comes at no extra charge to the prices quoted.

The price of the Silver and Gold will be calculated upon booking or upon request.

The three options will be made available upon booking a property or a group of properties.

*Bed linen & towels: sheets & pillowcases, 1 big towel per person, 1 small towel per person, 1 bathmat per bathroom, 1 soap per person, toiletpaper,1 kitchen cloth & 1 sponge, washing-up liquid.

*Silver welcome pack:
Breakfast-basket with Tea/ coffee/ milk/ butter/ toast/ jam/ cereal and a bottle of wine, bathroom equipped with nice quality soap, mini shower-gel, shampoo and conditioner.

*Gold welcome pack:
Breakfast-basket with Tea/ coffee/ milk/ butter/ bread/ jam/ cereal and a bottle of wine plus a platter of French cheese, basket with fresh fruit & chocolates, mineral water & fruit juice in the fridge. And a complimentry bottle of Champagne! Bathroom equipped with nice quality soap, full sized shower-gel, shampoo and conditioner.

*Concierge Support Service
Full concierge support, 7 days/ week, 08h00 - 22h00

*Calls for support outside of your Support Level Package are charged at 100 Euros HT, plus expenses. With the exception of callouts for issues which directly compromise your health and safety, for which there will of course be no charge and will be dealt with as efficiently as circumstances permit.

Airport Transfer

You can also reserve and book on line your Airport Transfer to and from the apartment. Airport Transfer will be a saloon car with a driver that awaits for you at the airport. The driver will wait for you at arrivals with your name-sign and then take you to our office. Once at our offices you will be greeted by a member of our staff and be accompanied in the taxi to your apartment.

For a return-transfer the driver will collect you from the apartment and will take you to the departure terminal at Nice airport.

Pre Conference Seminars & Meetings

We are partnered with a company that can organise Pre-Conference Seminars & Meetings. We have conference rooms that can cater for 5 – 100 people.
Projector screens, computers, televisions, microphones, pens & paper, tea, coffee
and light refreshments can all be arranged in advance and upon request.

Cocktail Parties & Soirées
Cocktail Parties & soirees can be arranged upon request. We have access to some
of the best villas in Cannes, with large reception areas and magnificent gardens,
terraces and views.

Below are two that we have available for this purpose.

An outside events company will organise food, drinks, entertainment, so that everything will be taken care of for you.
