Before founding Azur-Online.com Lao worked in the Charitable sector setting up and subsequently running the fundraising operations of several humanitarian organisations doing work in Africa. During that time he also studied compter programming and business development in London. Lao now has years of experience in the hospitality business, having founded Azur-online.com, a leisure and tourism related portal which specialises in the provision of services to visitors to the South of France.
Lene Nielsen, General Manager
Lene is Danish and moved to France in 1990. A few years later she set up her own business as an independent property manager. Having studied marketing and business in Denmark, Lene has invaluable experience regarding this industry. Her role is to oversee all operational areas of the business from Property Management through to Customer Satisfaction and everything in between!
Lizzy Martin, Sales and Reservations Manager
Lizzy helps customers find the perfect property and takes care of all their needs by understanding them and working closely with our select group of Partners and staff. She has itimate knowledge of all of Azure's product and service offerings and is on hand to consult with and advise all of our customers to ensure that they get the best out of our systems and service offerings. She is perfectly bi-lingual and was brought up in the Region and her family has always been involved locally in the hospitality sector and so understands intimately the needs of our guests
Sarah Bouzebiba, Supply Manager
Sarah, as her title suggests in involved in and the point of contact for all Property Owners and other suppliers and service providors and it is she who is responsible for ensuring that there is a constant supply of high quality apartments and Villas available on the best terms for our customers. She is both from Algeria and England and has lived in both countries. She studied Marketing Management and Spanish, both in France and the UK and worked for many an events company giving precious experience on customer management. She is tri-lingual French, English and Spanish.
Anabela Park, Housekeeping and Guest Support
Anabela is a co-director of the company and is originally from Zimbabwe. She worked for many years in the UK in the health sector, followed by a successful stint in a large Adverstising and Marketing agency before investing in Azure and relocating to the South of France. Anabela and her team of Guest Support professionals and housekeepers keep the physical aspects of our Support Systems and Quality Control up to standard! They work incredibly hard often under very difficult circumstances to ensure that the Guests expectations are met in terms of setup and cleanliness of the apartments, and that they are likewise cleaned back to a perfect standard every time after the guests departure.
Lisa Champandard , Chief Accountant
Lisa has the task of keeping our accounts under control and in accordance to best current accounting practices within the EU zone. Fortunately Lisa has also worked for a firm of "Expert Comptables" in Paris, and has lived in France for 15 years and thus is perfectly bi-lingual.

Guy and Vicky are intimately involved daily in the running of the companies and are always on hand to assist in terms of both advice and operations. Guy & Vicky together built a large group of Agriculture based businesses in Zimbabwe, before founding and running the Investment arm of Azur-Online.com in 2002, which remains the heart and soul of the group of companies.
