| Juan-les-Pins is a town in the commune of Antibes, in the Alpes-Maritimes, in southeastern France, on the Côte d'Azur, which is part of the Ligurian Sea. It is famous for its annual jazz festival in July. New Orleans is a sister city, something which for a series of years was manifested with carnival festivities in the streets of Juan-les-Pins, with both local and New Orleans jazz bands parading. It is a major holiday destination, with casino, nightclubs and beaches, which are made of fine grained sand, and are not straight, but instead are cut with small inlets. Many people visiting Juan les Pins prefer to stay in Cannes, which is one of the most central and convenient (not to mention lovely!) towns to stay in. It is also very close to and other smaller towns and attractions from Tourettes sur Loup to Grasse and the Ski fields of Isola 2000 and Auron! Some people have to stay in Juan les Pins. The rest go to Cannes! We have taken the liberty of providing some of the regions best offers, information and listings which will be interesting to visitors to Marseilles on this page, to the right and below! Happy Travels!! |
