The top floor apartment in Victor Hugo is a fantastically light and airy apartment with nice views out over the rooftops of Cannes giving one a very much "Penthouse" feel.
The property is recently renovated and re-decorated (2009) and is furnished and finished to a very high standard, with modern and light fixtures and soft furnishings.
On entering, there is a small living area, with magnificent "open out" windows on 2 sides allowing for the light and views. A large comfortable corner couch will be somewhere you'll spend lots of time relaxing. This room leads to the open plan kitchen and dining area.
To the left is the first bedroom, which is huge with a lot of space, 2 single beds and a lot of storage space too.
The second bedroom is similar, although slightly smaller.
Both have their own entrances to the terrace, which boasts fantastic views out over the rooftops of Cannes.
The kitchen and bathroom are both fully modern and fitted and have all the amenities one would expect in a property of this quality.

Oh the place was good but a few small things- there was minimal toilet paper and dish detergent in the place and there are plenty of ants around just to let you know.

Thanks for the feedback. The ant problem will be looked at urgently, it is quite a problem at this time of year particularly!
Regarding toilet paper & detergent, the apartmetn is self catering and we always leave just an initial stock of consumables there for the convenience of our customers when they arrive, but it is after all self-catering and it is true that it is not likely to be enough for an entire stay.
