Located in a the centre of Cannes, just off the Rue D'Antibes, in the heart of the shopping / restaurant area. This brand new apartment has been completely renovated to the highest quality and is just 5 minutes walk away from the Palais de Congres, and 6 minutes walk from the beaches.

The apartment has a large and spacious living area, furnished to the highest quality, with a 40" TV (Sky) and Bose speakers & IPOD dock. There are large french windows that open onto a sun lit 48 sq meter Terrace (something quite unique for the centre of Cannes) with pergola, outdoor table and chairs and barbecue, etc. The American style kitchen is equipped with all the expected amenities, including coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
