Palais de la Mer is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful bel epoque building.

As you enter the apartment you step into a large hallway that leads onto the various areas of the apartment. Working clockwise you can see the kitchen to your left, then the bathroom, the second bedroom, the living area and then the master bedroom.

The living area is extremely spacious. The wooden floors and high ceilings give that extra elegance to the room. All the windows here look out over the blue Mediterranean Sea.

There is a dining area for six and comfortable sofas and chairs in the living area. Leading off from the living area there is a small terrace where you can sit back on a lounge chair and enjoy the views.

The master bedroom also looks out past the palm trees over to the sea. This bedroom is nicely furnished with a large double bed and fitted cupboards.

The second bedroom can sleep three people separately as there is a double bed and two single beds. This bedroom benefits from a separate shower.

The kitchen is well equipped with anything you may need to rustle up a meal on your holidays.

There is a bathroom with an overhead shower and a sink.

At the foot of the building you can catch various buses that can take you to Cannes, Antibes, Nice city center and beyond! You can also join the crowds to roller blade down the promenade or just enjoy a café in the bistro a few meters away.

Palais de la Mer is ideal for a group of friends or a family wanting a relaxing holiday in Nice, or wanting to discover the region thanks to the great public transport.
