This pleasing apartment, which was refurbished in 2008, is in the Republique area of Cannes. Set back a little from the main centre, this region has a real village feel and central Cannes is just a short walk away.

The open plan living area is very light and opens onto a small terrace overlooking the street. The large, comfortable sofa can be easily pulled out to form a bed. A flat screen TV and air conditioning can also be found here. A dining table, big enough to seat four is between the living and kitchen area.

The kitchen is well equipped allowing guests to be able to prepare their own meals if they wish. Included are a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a four ring hob and an oven.
Overhead spot lights provide plenty of illumination and the white walls make the whole area feel very airy.

The bedroom comprises a double bed and a large wardrobe providing plenty of storage space. The bathroom, which can be found next to the bedroom, has a shower, bath, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. A full length mirror can be found in the hallway and a hairdryer is provided.

Found just beyond the main centre of Cannes, this apartment is nonetheless in a lively area with plenty of cafes, bakeries and shops around. The beaches of Cannes and the Palais des Festivals are just a 10 minute walk away. The main train station, along with the shops, bars and restaurants of Cannes are all within easy reach.
