Located in a the centre of Cannes, just off the Rue D'Antibes, in the heart of the shopping / restaurant area. This brand new apartment has been completely renovated to the highest quality and is just 5 minutes walk away from the Palais de Congres, and 6 minutes walk from the beaches.

The apartment has a large and spacious living area, furnished to the highest quality, with a 40" TV (Sky) and Bose speakers & IPOD dock. There are large french windows that open onto a sun lit 48 sq meter Terrace (something quite unique for the centre of Cannes) with pergola, outdoor table and chairs and barbecue, etc..
