This is a very elegant three bedroom apartment in the center of Cannes.
Set on the second floor of a lovely Belle Epoque villa right by the sea front and has magnificent panoramic sea views.
The apartment itself is very elegant and well furnished to a high quality. The rooms are spacious and very light.
You enter the apartemnt in the main room which has a nice terrace on which you can sit out and enjoy the views. Two of the bedrooms also have sea views and they all have en-suite bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard.
The third bedroom whcih is at the back of the apartment leads out onto a nice and large terrace on which you can get a bit of fresher air in the summer as it is more shady. It has a large table and a enven large parasol!
This property is ideal both holidays and congresses as it is so central and has a direct access to the beach. It is a 10 min walk to the Palais des Festival, and a minute or two to walk to the beach.
