Jaures Quarante is a lovely 2 bedroomed apartment which is right in the Center of Cannes, in an extremely lively and vibrant area closer to the shopping of the Rue d'Antibes, just a minute or 2 from the Beaches of the Croisette and close to a multitude of restaurants, cafes and bars.
The apartment itself is on the 1st floor of a period building which although does not benefit a lift access is easy nonetheless!
On entering the apartment one is presented with an entranceway which leads to the main living space, which has excellent quality wooden floors throughout, and in turn leads to the modern, open plan kitchen. The living area has dining seating for 4 people, and also a "bar" type sitting area around the kitchen counter. Being a period building, the apartment also benefits from high ceilings which make for a cool and spacious feeling.
Both of the bedrooms are of a decent size, both with plenty of storage space. One bedroom is made up with a Double bed, and the other with a "twin" arrangement, 2 single beds. Along with the double sofa bed in the living area this makes for a flexible sleeping arrangement with room for overspill and sharing.
